The sales of meat in the US was down for a decade and the plant based milk sales is worth 4.2 billion Dollars. In Canada, the meat consumption is declining since 2009 and 25 percent of the Canadians are adopting plant based recipes and products. Australia is coming on the third number as the fastest growing vegan market in the world behind United Arab Emirates and China. In Germany, 10 percent of the people are already meatless. Change is the name of vegan and it is happening all around the world.
